Me and my son are considering going on a trip to Japan, and have concluded that with flight and hotel it will cost about $1000 per person. Should I have my son pay this, or should I pay both? He still lives with us.

He has a job, but it doesn’t pay particularly well, however, his living costs are of course not as great as someone who lives alone.
